Always willing to fairly asses priority and work with the customer to address the critical issues and which ones can be scheduled later. No unnecessary repairs or parts but will honestly inform the customer of the things that need done or are about to become a problem.

Had a turbo issue with my 2014 Subaru Impreza WRX. Called ahead for a quote then dropped it off 2days later. The day after I dropped it off I was able to go and pick my car up. The work was done fast and efficiently and I was kept informed on progress with updates as new information was gained. Very please with the service of the vehicle as well as the customer service. Easy to talk to and will be using for future repairs. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing work done

We brought our car in after being in an accident. We told them the bumper was damaged and asked them to diagnose all damages. 5 days later we called back to check in and they said they don’t do body work and that we needed to move the car somewhere else. Then they charged us $75 even though they knew that they wouldn’t be able to fix the car when we brought it in initially! Nobody told us that they didn’t do body work. If we had known we would have not wasted our time or money.
