I feel bad posting this review. But I kinda have to. I always do my own basic mainenance but sometimes I dont have time or the weather. They once quoted me 3 hours labor for spark plug change on a mini van. I did it myself in bout 45 minutes a week later. It was tight and slow but didnt have to remove anything to get to them. Been going for maybe 10-12 years and prices were always on par or a couple bucks less. But last few years I stopped. For some reason they always quote me $200 to $500 more than any other shop I call in Clark County no matter the job. Last time I called the quote was $850. The next highest I got elswhere was $650. No matter how big or small its always way more than other shops these days. Dont know why? It is one of the Top Shops in SW Washington for quality car care. Chuck is a great mechanic to say the absolute least. Business is business. This is a good one just bring it down a half notch if possible.

A few years ago this place was recommended by a coworker. I drive 30 miles out of my way just to go here. Carl, the service manager is an awesome person, and never tries to upsell you. If they can’t get OEM parts, they call you to let you know what they’re using instead. They get you appointments very quickly, they’re fast, accurate and quality work will continue to receive my business. Thank you to Carl, and team. Brought our mini-van in due to maintenance light turning on. They got us in promptly and did a quick inspection for us. Turns out we needed an oil change and filter. We found Chuck Jones Automotive to be honest about the work we needed and they weren't trying to upsell us for items we didn't need. They also replaced a bad fuse on the front charger. Rates were reasonable for work performed. Will be back in the future!
