I have used this shop for our Honda Element with the XWAV conversion ramp system. The work is always done in the time frame they provide, often sooner. I needed some very specific work done on the ramp system after many years of use and they did a great job. They diagnosed the issue and due to the wait time for the new part, they put it all back together without adding extra charges so I could keep my car over the week while the part was shipped. Having my vehicle be in pristine running condition at all times is of the highest priority and Chuck Jones Automotive is the only shop in Woodland I will go to.

I called them right after they opened and was able to get my car into their shop that same day and have an answer before closing on what was wrong with it. They finished the car very quickly, it needed a new starter and it was ready by noon the next day. They were quick, professional and kind, I will definitely go back if my car ever needs work again.

I’m new to the area so when I got a slow leak in one of my tires recently I asked some locals where to go to get it checked. Chuck’s was recommended resoundingly! They repaired my tire promptly and were super to work with. I’ll be back!

I've had work done at Chuck Jones several times and have always been happy with the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable people, and good work. This time it was even finished days earlier than promised. I'll be back when I need more work done.
