Disappointed with service. It basically cost me 264$ to have codes read and a smoke test. I was given a verbal estimate of 2200$. But I received no breakdown of this as far as what would be fixed, just general statements.
Alan I am sorry to hear that our service was not what you expected. Your work order has a description of the problem and the parts that need to be replaced. I also went over those repairs needed with you over the phone. I was under the impression that everything was communicated and explained to you, as there was never any questions from your end.
