Woodland WA Auto Repair

Disappointed with service. It basically cost me 264$ to have codes read and a smoke test. I was given a verbal estimate of 2200$. But I received no breakdown of this as far as what would be fixed, just general statements.

Great service! I liked how Chuck Jones Automotive would send you photos with detailed explanation on the problems with the car. They were very friendly, and helped ease my stress. They also gave me a time estimate of getting car back noon the next day, but they had it done around 10 am! If I’m ever in woodland with car troubles again, I’ll be going here:)

Awesome experience. Needed tires for a boat trailer. They offered a higher load rating installed for less than another larger company wanted to charge for a lower load rating tire. I plan to use them in the future for other needs. Thank you.

I wont be back. 3k later my camaro wont shut off, i had him look at the horn. I regret it.

I've been going to Chucks since shortly after moving to the area, almost 20 years ago. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicles. They are very knowledgeable. They are fast and efficient. They are great at what they do. They are genuinely nice people. There was only one time that my truck wasn't done when they thought it would be but that was due to part availability. But once that part was in their hands they were on it and had my truck back to me quickly. So if you're looking for a good reliable mechanic......look no further then Chuck Jones Automotive!!!!
