I've worked with Service Manager John for years, starting back when he was at a different shop in Vancouver. What began as a convenient spot near home quickly turned into long-term loyalty because of his exceptional service and honesty with all my vehicles—old and new alike. When he moved over to Chuck Jones Automotive in Woodland, there was zero hesitation—I was making the drive. You just can't beat the peace of mind John provides!

The best auto shop experience we’ve ever had! We are newly settled in this area, and researched trusted shops to take my new (to us) car for an overall inspection, and to repair a few minor things. I worked with John the entire experience, and having worked in the industry before, I can’t expressed how pleased I was with the friendly atmosphere, clear communication, and simply how well we were taken care of. John was wonderful to work with, made the repairs easy to understand, and to my shock the car was in and out in two days- much faster than what we expected. We came in with a rotational sound when driving, AC blowing warm air and left with a new wheel bearing and new AC compressor, plus we opted to get all of the fluids changed and a general multipoint inspection to make a list of minor repairs for the future. I have Arctic level AC and a smooth and safe vehicle to drive in. I can’t thank John enough for his care and attention to detail. We will certainly be back for any repairs, oil changes etc we need in the future. Needless to say we are blown away and happy to support a small business.

I got tires from them at a good price. I drove home, on a Friday and thought it felt different. I drove another day or so and decided I had a new shake in my truck. I took it back and they found 3 tires were out of round. He instantly got me new tires and taken care of. The customer service is wonderful here and they have fair prices. I highly recommend them!

We are so happy with Chuck Jones Automotive and have been taking our vehicles to them for years! They are very thorough and fair and keep you informed consistently. We bought the best tires here and are so happy with them!! Always courteous and friendly and their troubleshooting skills are spot on and maintenance is awesome. We appreciate them so much and have never been disappointed.

We were very impressed with the services we recently received on our Toyota 4 Runner. John provided great customer service - was friendly and thoroughly explained what was done and why. The technicians did a good job on the work that was done. There was no waiting at the counter - we were in and out quickly when picking up our car. We've brought other vehicles in for service over the last few years and have been very satisfied each time. We will definitely be back when other work is needed on our vehicles!
