These guys are top notch. We had a slight emergency just before a long road trip. They fit us in and diagnosed the problem and did not even try to oversell. Jake is amazing and we so appreciate him and his honesty. You guys are very lucky to have this shop in your community

I was referred to Chuck Jones Automotive by a friend. I stopped in to make an 30K mile service appointment for my 2024 Honda CRV and met with Vikki. She was great in explaining the items that would be inspected. On the day of the appointment Vikki went over the inspection results which turned out exceptionally good including replacement of an internal air filter. This was an excellent experience and I will be back for any required repairs or service. I highly recommend Chuck Jones Automotive.

I keep having a recurring problem with my Ford F-150. Chuck Jones Automotive has keep the warranty and made the repairs again. At no charge. Hopefully this time will be the last!
