My experience with Chuck Jones and staff was great. Carl explained how they were going to find the problem; at which time he would call me and tell me what it would take to fix. He called told me what was needed plus the cost for everything. I gave the okay. Since this was going to be a lengthy fix; he had Mike take me home and pick me up when It was ready. KUDOS Chuck Jones, Carl and Mike. You will see me again If my Jeep needs a fix.

We've used Chuck's for years for all of our vehicles. They've proved their honesty and reliability over and over. More than once they've gone out of their way to get a problem taken care of quickly and affordably.
