I have a 1970 Torino. I'm pretty handy with the car since I restored it myself. I had an A/C leak I could not find. They evacuated the system and found a couple of leaks. It needed a new hose with a unique fitting that would take a couple of days to get. I happened to have the fitting and crimper at home. I was able to take it home repair the hose and bring it back to them and they finished the job. I got my car back a lot sooner and I was able to save some money at the same time. I had a similar situation a few years ago when I tried to change an a/c compressor on one of my other cars. I took it to @@@'s Automotive in Ridgefield. I live in Ridgefield. I asked them to evacuate the system so I could install the compressor and bring it back to them to fill up the system again. @@@ (the owner) refused to do it on the grounds that he would have to warranty the repair and would not take that chance. Translation: (he was not going to make enough profit if he could not sell me and install a compressor). Further Translation: (There was not enough profit margin on such a small job). It was back then that I first found out about Chuck Jones Automotive. They were perfectly happy to do it. I have been taking my cars there ever since even though I live in Ridgefield and @@@'s Automotive is less than a mile from my house.

Needed a Castrol SRT flush in a hurry before race day in my 2018 Camaro ZL1 1LE and they were fast, responsive and did a great job.

The staff here was able to fit my difficult-to-mount part on my car with no issues and were in constant communication when little things came up. Highly recommended!

Good fast professional service

It was time for my 24,000 mile routine maintenance. I tried three times within the last month to use my car service person that I have had for years. I was on a time schedule and needed my car to be done in a 3 to 3 1/2 hour time frame. I was talking to my friends about my current car service person not able to guarantee they would be done in that time frame. They recommended Chuck Jones Automotive. When I talked with Carl, he said that it should take about 45 minutes to one hour. I waited on my car and it only took 40 minutes, which was great. What I really liked best was their honesty. I ask if they could check my A/C filter. They told me it was in good condition. When I was looking at my service papers, that filter was changed at the time I purchased my car. Because they were so honest, I would recommend them to other car owners.

We were in Washington state and needed to purchase a used vehicle to drive home to Minnesota. Before purchasing I called and talked with Carl about questions and concerns about a vehicle. He took the time research the vehicle Vin # and quote prices on repairs needed ,Which made our decision to purchase a different vehicle. He then squeezed us into an already full schedule to perform an oil change, tire rotation and complete inspection . He thoroughly explained everything. We then had confidence and peace of mind to travel back home to Minnesota. Great! Experience! I highly recommend them!. Thanks again for all the help Carl.

I love Chuck Jones Auto. Everyone is professional, courteous, friendly and they do a good job. I've been going here since I moved to Woodland in 2019. As a single senior woman I have very little trust in auto repair shops because I always get taken advantage of but not at Chuck Jones. They treat you right. 5 stars!
