They were so nice and extremely helpful. They checked our car for free after we had to get it towed there. They let us leave it overnight so we could return to tow it home. Great staff who is friendly and nice and great mechanics who are honest.

I have been a customer of Chuck Jones Automotive since they first opened their doors about 12-13 years ago and a can't recommend this shop and its owner highly enough. I live almost 25 miles from his shop, yet he has 95% of my automotive business. If it is more than an oil change or an emergency on-the-spot repair, all my vehicles go to Chuck Jone's Automotive. I was lucky enough to be able to use Chuck's expertise and shop to restore a '69 muscle car and I spent many, many hours in there doing some of my own work. I was able to see how he and his wife Vicki treat his customers and runs their business One thing I can tell you is, these people care for their customers and bend over backwards to meet their needs. I can't count the number of times Chuck has helped someone passing through the Woodland area on their way to some far destination when their car breaks down. Chuck gets these people back on the road in an expedited manner and does not take advantage of their situation. In fact, I was just in there 2 days ago putting new tires on my truck and he did it again! A couple with a small child, moving from California to the Seattle, towing a car, had engine problems and pulled in. In no time the vehicle was being diagnosed and he was in the process of getting them underway as soon as possible. I have actually witnessed him go so far as to "eat" his profit to allow people to afford to get their car fixed and get underway. As for knowledge and ability? As I have told many of my hot rod friends, "Hand Chuck a key and he can build you a car around it!" He only hires good people and backs up whatever his mechanics do. Now that he put in the tire shop next door, that is where I go for all my tire needs as well. Any kind of vehicle, any year, any condition....if you want an auto shop that does quality work at a fair price, that will stand behind their work and truly cares for their customers, Chuck Jones Automotive is where you want to go. Could someone be cheaper....maybe, but do you want cheap or do you want quality and assurance that you and your vehicle will be taken care of?

Typically, I maintain my own stable of vehicles and have never paid for mechanical repair services of any type over my 19 years of owning many forms of transportation until this very year. I operate my own business and spring/summer months are extremely busy for me. Thus, I have taken two vehicles to Chuck Jone’s and am extremely satisfied with their work. Number one- they listen. I basically knew what was wrong but wanted to make sure the tech was aware and thinking along the same lines I was. (He was.) Number two- fair pricing. I wasn’t looking for rock bottom but I didn’t want to pay dealership rates either. Part pricing was basically the same as making a retail purchase at NAPA. Number three- Good communication. I received a call before services were started and when they were completed. Number four- efficiency. Even though I did not have an appointment, my vehicles were in-and-out in under 48 hours. I am not usually impressed with virtually any automotive service provider be it collision, mechanical, or performance related but Chuck Jones's has my full approval.

Very impressed with the service, follow-up and communication. They were able to help me out very quickly and communicated everything that needed to be done with extremely reasonable pricing. They checked out several other things on my car without additional costs and today I received a thank you letter from them for my business. Very impressive customer service.

Our '56 Chevy broke down on I5 late Sunday afternoon, coasted into Safeway Gas parking lot and after about 1/2 hour trying to fix it myself this nice guy and his daughter pulled up and asked if we could use a hand. After about 2 minutes under the dash he found the bad fuse and said "I'll be right back" and we were back on the road in no time flat. It's nice to meet helpful, nice people willing to take time to stop and lend a hand. Thank you Chuck for coming to our rescue. Mark and Dianna Hofmann
