Hey there, Just wanted to reach out to mention your service. My wife (Lisa) has used you many times in the past and I recently sent my daughter (MacKenzie “Mac”) to you for a leaky oil situation. With something like that, you never know what you are going to get back from an automotive repair establishment as they can tell you just about anything. When taking your car in, you often times have to just clench your jaw and hope you don’t get bad news. But most of all, you need to have trust in those that you choose to service your vehicles. Too often, we let outstanding service and support go unmentioned and I didn’t want to lose that opportunity this time. Mac is only 18 and very car unsavvy and was nervous about taking in the bug. I assured her that you all are very nice and will take care of her hoping that would be the case. In the end, she felt really good about the experience and your group was accountable to the problem being from an issue with her last oil change as opposed to something more expensive. You fixed the issue, didn’t charge her for the time and showed her that taking your vehicle in doesn’t have to be like scheduling a root canal. Can’t thank you enough for coming through like I figured you would. This email for me is all about trust as I relayed to my daughter another situation where every time I took my vehicle in to a certain service shop, they always found ‘something’ and wanted to charge my hundreds for the repair. After moving to a different shop, I’ve never had a problem. In the end, you just want to trust those that you count on to give you fair, honest and accurate information. You did that yet again, helped develop confidence with my daughter and have earned our continued business. Lisa swears by your service as well and I’m going to be bringing my older Acura TL in for brakes instead of my usual Les Schwab (as long as you do those). Thank you for the ethics and service that, at least to us, defines Chuck Jones Automotive.

About a month ago, while I was driving home from work, my right front tire/wheel set-up began making a horrible sound and my truck began vibrating from the source of the sound. I had to get home and as I live fifty miles from where I work I didn't know exactly what to do. I drove it to your shop and Ryan said they'd take a look at it and get back to me. Chuck Jones Automotive had done some brake and bearing work earlier this year, in the past fall. I got a call from Ryan stating what the problem was...needless to say it was not a minor repair. Ryan said they'd take care of it and he meant what he said. Chuck Jones Automotive took care of fixing the problem. Believe it or not, in a day of bad businesses, Chuck Jones honored heir warranty and paid for the whole job to be done. Here it is, a month later, and the vehicle is running great! Thank you Chuck Jones Automotive...you have earned and will continue to earn my family's trust and business.

I took my car in due to the check engine light. They told me that the car had a massive vacuum leak and the valve cover needed to be replaced. They also suggested that I replace the spark plugs as well. I agreed and asked when the car would be completed. They told me that it would be finished the following day. Late the following day I had to call to see if they were finished. They told me that the repair was done but the car was running very rough and they needed to figure our what the issue was, they thought I had a bad cam shaft position sensor. Late on a Friday I called again to see what the problem was and they said they were still working on it and I couldn't have the car until the following week. When Monday came around I had to call again to see what the problem was. They told me that they had failed to reconnect a hose when they repaired the car and that was making the car run rough and they were now finished with it. I picked up the car and drove it for a few days until one of the ignition coils failed. I replaced this part myself and had a close look at the engine. Each of the spark plug wells had oil spilled in them when the valve cover was replaced. I know this because I had pulled one of the spark plugs a few weeks before bringing the car to Chuck's and the spark plug wells did not have any oil in them. I took the car back and asked Chuck to clean up all the oil that was spilled in the wells by the mechanic and look into a large oil spill on the side of the motor. I am guessing that a good portion of the oil all over the place was due to sloppy work. They kept the car for 3 days cleaning the oil up and never did call me to tell me it was finished. I finally just showed up and took my car back. I paid a professional price for professional work and I didn't get what I paid for. Poor communication and less than professional work.

Having taken in both of my vehicles to Chuck Jones Automotive I can tell you that I have appreciated the honesty and speed in which were able to get my car in. I've gotten tires, oil changes, alignments, and replaced a radiator here and felt confident with the work that has been done each time. Prices are reasonable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.

These guys are AMAZING! I have 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8. I thought my clutch went out but it was actually the slave cylinder. The Chuck Jones crew knew it was under warranty and sent me Hyundai. Saved me A LOT of $$$$. They could have said nothing and took my money but they were honest. Will be doing business again but on my non warranty car. Thank you a MILLION guys. Best of all you didnt treat me different because I was a girl.

They honor their warranty and stand by their work. No trying to say something more is wrong. Just fixed the problem and sent us home with a receipt for $0. Couldn't be happier.

These guys actually really hooked me up! I was simply passing through woodland and my back rim got all messed up and they actually had a friend who gave me 4 tires and rims for the price of two rims.. Yeah Chuck is a great man and does his business well! Highly recommend him if your car needs work.
