I called Chuck's Automotive because they were to close to home, had Great reviews and I needed a shop that could troubleshoot what was wrong with my car. I spoke with Carl who was very nice, upfront about the diagnostic test fee and told me that I would receive a call within a few hours after having it towed into their shop. Carl called, was upfront about what was needing done which turned out to be that my timing jumped and I needed a used engine vs replacing all the old, which would of costed more in labor. I appreciated the honesty and cost vs just telling me 1 option only. It was a fast turn around time, a reasonable fee and I trust all the reviews that I have read. I would recommend Chucks Automotive in Woodland if you need repair, service or an opinion. They are honest, excellent customer service and I have to say they even fixed a few more cosmetic things that I was not charged for and so appreciate. Thank You!! For being so Loyal, having Great Customer Service, Fast turn around time and Going the Extra Mile!! I will recommend you!! and See You for future needs. Thanks Again

Outstanding service!

My experience with Chuck Jones and staff was great. Carl explained how they were going to find the problem; at which time he would call me and tell me what it would take to fix. He called told me what was needed plus the cost for everything. I gave the okay. Since this was going to be a lengthy fix; he had Mike take me home and pick me up when It was ready. KUDOS Chuck Jones, Carl and Mike. You will see me again If my Jeep needs a fix.
