Don't go here. Totally a rip off. Went in paid the 148.00 diagnostic fee. It said the same as o'Reillys. Paid these scammers 1382.00 for the work. Replaced O2 sensors. Drove to work the next day and check engine light came on again. Took it back now they said its the fuel pump? Really why didn't your diagnostic test show that at the time you ran the test. This is the last time you will rip me off. Disgusting taking advantage of the American people. Shame on you for your underhanded slop work.
Terie thank you for taking the time to express your side of the story. Your Suv had multiple issues and we where only able to detect the first which was that 2 of your O2 sensors where not responding which could cause a lean condition. That we have graphed and have proof off. Also so we can set the record straight our diagnostic fee is $120 not $148. Also for the record O'rellys pulled codes not diagnose your car. We actually tested those sensors and checked the wiring and the computer to ensure that the sensors where bad. Cars just like people can be complicated and at times there could be multiple problems that you cannot always foresee. The one thing that bothers us here at Chuck Jones is the language you used by calling us "scammers", and also accusing us of taking advantage of American people .
