Chuck Jones Automotive was very prompt and very fair. They treated us very professionally. Will definitely go back there for our vehicle repair/maintenance needs.

I was traveling from Washington to California and it was a 14 hour trip. My car started to leak coolant and overheat. I stopped here and explained my issues. They were very professional and concerned about my situation. They checked my car out and found it was an easy repair. I was back on the road in 30 minutes and not one more issue to California. The mechanic was awesome and told me everything he was doing and what ended up being wrong. It was an amazingly quick repair and got me back on my travels. Would recommend anyone needs a good and honest shop, this is the place!

I had a very positive experience working with Chuck Jones. Communication was clear from diagnostics through repair. They were also accurate with timelines for the parts and labor. This shop seemed to go out of their way to help the customer, it’s sad this level of care and consideration is hard to find , but seemed inherent in this business. I appreciate what they did for me.

Recently Chuck's warrantied our driving belt that had been placed less than 2 years ago. The replacement was done at no cost to us. I appreciate the integrety behind Chuck's service to their customers.

We have been going to Chuck's for our automotive needs for years and are very confident in care our vehicles receive. I just had to have a drive belt that was placed less then 2 years ago and has been suggested to be replaced because of wear. Carl was great! He realized that this belt needed to be replaced at no cost to us and it was a smooth appointment. We are very happy with Chucks.
