these people Do Not stand behind their work. you get a different story from everyone you talk with there. been to the auto repair/tire store 3 times and had 3 bad experiences. very evasive about what they can do and how much it will cost. the service manager you meet when you walk through the front door is there to sell $100 diagnostics. my new mechanic tells me the napa parts they use are sub-standard at best.
Deb Adams – you have never been to our repair facility. You purchased a vehicle from one of our customers. The new water pump that had been recently installed failed. I do not have knowledge if this was before or after you purchased the vehicle. My business has a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on part and labor as well as a 2 year 24,000 mile nationwide warranty…to the original owner at the time of repair. Your “mechanic/friend” spoke to my Service Advisor as well as the owner Chuck Jones. Your friend was told that if it was failure of the recently replaced new water pump we would honor our warranty for you. We scheduled you in and a new pump was waiting here for you. You failed to bring the vehicle in. Your friend called and stated that he chose to replace the water pump himself and wanted us to reimburse you. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse anyone for doing work on our behalf especially work that is not authorized by us. We use high quality parts and stand by that with our 3 year 36,000 mile warranty – which we were extending to you. It is unfortunate that a new part would fail but it happens. The water pump had a manufacture warranty in addition to the warranty we were extending to you but like most warranties it was to the purchaser/original owner – which again would have been honored if you would have brought the vehicle here for us to repair under warranty. With great pride and integrity we stand by our work and give our community honest reliable service. Vicki Jones Owner
