This place was SO amazing, and Carl took the best care of us. We're very grateful because we are from Nebraska, but broke down on I-5 two days after Christmas and had no idea where to get towed to. I broke down out on the freeway and had my vehicle towed to the shop. They took me straight into the shop found my problem and explained the issue to me …. He gave me a few ways to fix it and how much it would cost he went right to work. I was back out on the road it’s a jippy

I've had them do my timing chain, rack and pinion and some gasket work. If there was any issues, they immediately fixed it without issue. When the pandemic kept me from taking the car in dye to lockdown and I was 6 months past on my warrantee on my chain(gasket leaked and is somewhat common), they still fixed it free of charge. I now live in Portland but still take my car to them because we built trust. Thanks Chuck Jones for being good at what you do and ethical when a lot of shops aren't.
