We brought our car in after being in an accident. We told them the bumper was damaged and asked them to diagnose all damages. 5 days later we called back to check in and they said they don’t do body work and that we needed to move the car somewhere else. Then they charged us $75 even though they knew that they wouldn’t be able to fix the car when we brought it in initially! Nobody told us that they didn’t do body work. If we had known we would have not wasted our time or money.

So far, so good. Labor cost is a little high though. But this is a question of quality vs cost. You decide.

As always Chuck Jones Auto Service is the best. Nice friendly employees and the work is done and completely on time.

Came in about a week ago because my new car was making a weird noise, asked them to do an inspection as well. They charged me only $150 for a full inspection, they also found the issue was minor and fixed it free of charge…. Also wishing I could do a ten star review these guys really do it right by their customers, sent my friend Sally there to get her car inspected, as she just bought it under basically a certified warranty they found an issue, are going to let the dealership fix it and will continue the inspection post dealer repair. What a good company! They haven’t even charged sweet Sally yet!

The staff were very friendly and so helpful in fixing my window!
