Super impressed with Chuck Jones! They got me in super quick. Diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner quickly had the parts ordered and worked around my crazy schedule to get it in so quick. I love that they guarantee their work for 3 years and seemed to be slightly cheaper than the other places I checked on.

Great people, help me with my jeep

I was driving from Seattle to Portland for a family emergency when my car just stopped running. I was towed to Chuck Jones Automotive after closing hours. They called me early the next morning and told me that my fuel pump needed replacing. They graciously went above and beyond to get the repair done quickly so that I could take care of my emergency. I recommend Chuck Jones Automotive highly; they were fair, honest and friendly. Thank you from a very grateful customer.

Water Pump and Transmission went out 3 hours fron home. Left it at Chuck Jones and their repairs work great. They could communicate better, though. My truck was in for 27 days and I often had to call or text to get updates.
