Work completed. Did take a little longer than a usual oil change service, but they did a thorough inspection. I would rather then take the time to do it right, then hurry and miss something.

My ignition switch was broken and needed to be replaced. Carl communicated every step of the way, always friendly and appreciative of my business. He was able to turn the repair around within 24 hours. Great price and great service!

Nobody likes needing to get car repairs done, but whenever we do we trust Chuck Jones to get the job done for us. My family and I have been using his shop for 10 yrs and I think my parents have been using him much longer than that. It helps knowing that you can trust them to do what is needed and get the job done as quickly as they possibly can every time. Great folks who give back to the communities they serve also! If need repair work done trust Chuck and his team. You will be glad you did.

I have used this shop for our Honda Element with the XWAV conversion ramp system. The work is always done in the time frame they provide, often sooner. I needed some very specific work done on the ramp system after many years of use and they did a great job. They diagnosed the issue and due to the wait time for the new part, they put it all back together without adding extra charges so I could keep my car over the week while the part was shipped. Having my vehicle be in pristine running condition at all times is of the highest priority and Chuck Jones Automotive is the only shop in Woodland I will go to.
