Hey there,

Just wanted to reach out to mention your service.

My wife (Lisa) has used you many times in the past and I recently sent my daughter (MacKenzie “Mac”) to you for a leaky oil situation. With something like that, you never know what you are going to get back from an automotive repair establishment as they can tell you just about anything. When taking your car in, you often times have to just clench your jaw and hope you don’t get bad news. But most of all, you need to have trust in those that you choose to service your vehicles.

Too often, we let outstanding service and support go unmentioned and I didn’t want to lose that opportunity this time.

Mac is only 18 and very car unsavvy and was nervous about taking in the bug. I assured her that you all are very nice and will take care of her hoping that would be the case. In the end, she felt really good about the experience and your group was accountable to the problem being from an issue with her last oil change as opposed to something more expensive. You fixed the issue, didn’t charge her for the time and showed her that taking your vehicle in doesn’t have to be like scheduling a root canal. Can’t thank you enough for coming through like I figured you would.

This email for me is all about trust as I relayed to my daughter another situation where every time I took my vehicle in to a certain service shop, they always found ‘something’ and wanted to charge my hundreds for the repair. After moving to a different shop, I’ve never had a problem. In the end, you just want to trust those that you count on to give you fair, honest and accurate information. You did that yet again, helped develop confidence with my daughter and have earned our continued business.

Lisa swears by your service as well and I’m going to be bringing my older Acura TL in for brakes instead of my usual Les Schwab (as long as you do those).

Thank you for the ethics and service that, at least to us, defines Chuck Jones Automotive.

About a month ago, while I was driving home from work, my right front tire/wheel set-up began making a horrible sound and my truck began vibrating from the source of the sound. I had to get home and as I live fifty miles from where I work I didn't know exactly what to do. I drove it to your shop and Ryan said they'd take a look at it and get back to me. Chuck Jones Automotive had done some brake and bearing work earlier this year, in the past fall. I got a call from Ryan stating what the problem was...needless to say it was not a minor repair.

Ryan said they'd take care of it and he meant what he said. Chuck Jones Automotive took care of fixing the problem. Believe it or not, in a day of bad businesses, Chuck Jones honored heir warranty and paid for the whole job to be done. Here it is, a month later, and the vehicle is running great! Thank you Chuck Jones Automotive...you have earned and will continue to earn my family's trust and business.

Having taken in both of my vehicles to Chuck Jones Automotive I can tell you that I have appreciated the honesty and speed in which were able to get my car in.

I've gotten tires, oil changes, alignments, and replaced a radiator here and felt confident with the work that has been done each time.

Prices are reasonable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.

These guys are AMAZING!
I have 2015 Genesis Coupe 3.8.
I thought my clutch went out but it was actually the slave cylinder. The Chuck Jones crew knew it was under warranty and sent me Hyundai. Saved me A LOT of $$$$. They could have said nothing and took my money but they were honest.
Will be doing business again but on my non warranty car.
Thank you a MILLION guys. Best of all you didnt treat me different because I was a girl.

These guys actually really hooked me up! I was simply passing through woodland and my back rim got all messed up and they actually had a friend who gave me 4 tires and rims for the price of two rims.. Yeah Chuck is a great man and does his business well! Highly recommend him if your car needs work.

Family owned, honest, affordable and stands by their work. I cant rave enough about Chuck Jones Automotive and it's owner Chuck. I got a little in over my head buying a classic car that needed work. Chuck was quick to diagnose what the car needed and provided an estimate. I shopped around and he beat every garage I checked in Vancouver with his initial quote.

Same car, a year later (today in fact, the reason why I am reviewing him) I am selling the car and have a guy on his way in from out of town to inspect the car. I hadn't started the car since the last parade it was in and when I did, it leaked gas from the fuel pump. I called Chuck in a panic and he was able to fix it before the guy arrived.

This guy and his garage are the goods! Woodland Washington is too small to survive with a bad reputation and in this economy, Chuck has actually expanded to a larger shop. I think that is evidence enough that this garage does good honest business.

BTW I have seen all types of autos in his shop, not just hot rods. I have no reservations about taking my other autos there when they need it.

While on vacation in Washington and Oregon, our Suburu Forester broke down while stuck in traffic on I-5 in Woodland. The tow truck driver told us that he was not going to take us to the shop associated with his tow company, but "somewhere better." He dropped us at Chuck Jones. The shop is clean, and Mike, behind the counter, was friendly and helpful. He explained that they were really busy, but realized we were on vacation and would be needing our car. The next day, we got a call from Mike explaining that our clutch had burned out and the CV Joint was worn out. Our car was ready to pick up by the end of the next day. The shop had realized that we were on vacation, so expedited our service. The repair bill was reasonable for the type of repair, and the service was wonderful. If this shop was nearer to home, this is where we would go for service.
