Chuck runs a great shop. My 2008 Honda Fit broke down on I-5 just south of Woodland. I knew that my quick search for a good mechanic had paid off when the unaffiliated tow driver told me that Chuck Jones Automotive was the best shop in the area. Chuck called me personally the next day to take me through his team's diagnosis and to get my approval for the work. A faulty crankshaft position sensor was the culprit, but new plugs, cables, and boots were in order to get the ignition system up to snuff. He could have easily sold me new coils if he was that kind of guy, but Chuck instead assured me that the originals were in fine shape and that the money would be better spent on a new air filter. Delivered as promised, the old Fit was running like new. They even identified and replaced a burnt out brake light at no charge. Quick and competent with fair prices, fast service, and great customer care, Chuck Jones Automotive was just what I needed to get back on the road.
