I was on vacation when my recently rebuilt transmission decided to die, 500 miles from home on Labor Day weekend. Chuck Jones was near our hotel, so I limped it over, and left the keys in the night drop box. Got a call Tuesday and they agreed the trans was going out. The shop replaced my transmission and left the truck for me to pick up on a weekend. I didn't once speak face-to-face, but the drop-off and pickup was perfect for my needs.

I generally do most of the work on my cars and am somewhat worried about being taken advantage of. I got referred from good friend and it is a bit of a drive but I am very happy with the service and I'm planning on possibly getting tires there when my current ones need replacing.

The entire team from John to Jake and Chuck were awesome. We purchased a Class B RV in Seattle and had a meeting in Chuck's area so had the team check everything out for us while we were in town. They got us in the same day and took a look at our fluids, did an oil change for us and inspected the brakes and tires. Could not have felt any more relieved with our purchase than we did after Chuck's team took a look at it for us. We highly recommend Chuck, John and Jake for anything you need help with.
