Very friendly service. They were very quick to get my car into and the work was done very quickly. I appreciated the convenience of the shop as well and very fair pricing. I’ve come in to the shop very nervous about the cost and have been pleasantly surprised every time with the reasonable cost of my repairs. Honest, friendly, efficient service. And such nice people!

Came in to Chuck’s to get new tires. Was in and out within an hour. The sitting area was relaxing and the customer service is always amazing! Pricing is amazing too!

My 99 CRV lost its transmission on the way back to Seattle. I had it towed here and used their night drop. They called me next day to see what was going on - by end of day had identified the issue. I decided to recycle the car given condition and cost to repair. Living over a hundred miles away they were very helpful in coordinating all the steps needed to send my car on its way. While I hope not to break down in Woodland again - I couldn't recommend them more.
