Excellent check engine light diagnostic services! Ultimately determined I needed a new engine due to a major bearing failure, but they also discovered there is a manufacturer's campaign for that specific problem, so I ended up taking the car to the dealer for the repairs. Even though the dealer will be doing the engine replacement, the service I received at Chuck Jones was excellent! John is a big asset to the company!

We have been going to Chuck Jones Automotive for many years. They have a very good reputation for honesty and the good work they do. We took our car in to be serviced and to check for anything that needed done. We were glad they called to let us know the back breaks needed to be replaced. They were pretty worn. Had them take care of that and now we will feel good about driving over three mountain passes (including the Rockies) to our granddaughters wedding. Thankyou so much. Vicki and Chris

I was on vacation when my recently rebuilt transmission decided to die, 500 miles from home on Labor Day weekend. Chuck Jones was near our hotel, so I limped it over, and left the keys in the night drop box. Got a call Tuesday and they agreed the trans was going out. The shop replaced my transmission and left the truck for me to pick up on a weekend. I didn't once speak face-to-face, but the drop-off and pickup was perfect for my needs.
