As someone who doesn’t use shops. I usually repair my own stuff but since my back injury I am limited to what I can and can not do. A friend recommended chucks to me so I gave them a shot. Work was completed in a timely manner communication was on point. I would recommend this place to whomever needs work done.

I had my brakes and headlights done at this shop for the first time, and I am so glad I chose them. The price was absolutely outstanding—literally half of what another shop had quoted me! Their customer service was spot-on from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, honest, and made me feel completely taken care of. I also loved that I was able to wait there comfortably. The waiting area is beautifully decorated for the holidays and feels more like a cozy living room than an auto shop. It made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. Finding a shop that is fair, trustworthy, and welcoming is rare—and this place checks every box! Highly recommend.

They were able to get me in and complete the wheel alignment the same morning that I called, not that the place wasn't busy! Very friendly and knowledgeable, test drove my truck before and after. Got a very detailed invoice stating what was found and the end result, which I appreciate. Very reasonable price for the work, and they didn't try to upsale the work. Definitely recommend.

I replaced the rear drum brakes on my truck but I didnt know if I had them adjusted correctly and the air needed to be bled out so I went to chuck jones. They did a brake inspection and found a missing bolt on the front caliper which caused the brake pads to wear unevenly, they quoted my almost $800 to replace the front rotors , pads , the missing bolt on caliper, adjust rear brakes and flush the brakes lines. That was more than I wanted to spend so they quoted me almost $300 to adjust rear brakes, install missing bolt and flush lines. I agreed to that and the brakes work great! I appreciated the fact that they didnt have a problem with my DIY brake work and gave me the option to replace the front ones myself. They got me scheduled within a couple days and kept me informed and updated on the prices and work. The photos are my brakes before I replaced them

I needed tires & I was looking for a tire guy. I googled tires near me. Chucks was the only one who answered the phone. I tried other locations. So, after answering my question & decent prices. We made an appt, I received great tires, an oil change & windshield wipers. Service with a smile & Ill be going back! Thank you John!

The team at Chuck Jones took great care of me. Turned my truck around in time for a big out of town trip. Great communication. They helped out nearly 15 years ago when I was driving through Woodland. They still had me in there system. Thanks again Chuck Jones, great job.

If you own a SHELBY, this is the best garage outside of Las Vegas (Shelby Garage…) to have your baby worked on. Great price. Amazingly accommodating and nice. Very professional! They are 150 miles and a ferry ride from my home and they will be the only place I go.
