Apparently it takes them 2 weeks to make an appointment to mount and balance 2 tires. 🙄 That's when the tires were already shipped to them. NOPE.
You did not show up to your appointment, an appointment you confirmed you’d be at. Your original appointment was coordinated to happen when we received your order. You purchased your tires online from a tire retailer, they shipped the tires to us, your appointment was created through them and coordinated with us. You confirmed your appointment and then did a no show. We were able to get you in at our next open time - one week after you did not show up to your appointment. We are an appointment based business that gets little to no cancellation. Our next available appointment was rescheduled for you.
