Broke down on the freeway first time ever really didn’t know what to do called jacks towing in woodland shout out to them They were great towed me into chucks great experience as soon as I walked through the door. Was concerned not knowing anything about them at first but after a few minutes felt comfortable They were up front with the repairs and price also offer me a loner car to use until my was fixed which help me so much sense I had no idea how I was going to get home. Work was done in reasonable time saved me some money from quoted price. Also should mention the tech was knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Highway robbery at its finest! Yesterday i paid just over $700 for brake job, pads/rotor/flush and windshield wipers on my Chevy Cruze. This morning I took in my 2005 Kia Ruo to get the knock sensor replaced and they said it would be $220 to run the diagnostic test, the same test that Orielys and Napa does for free. The one my ODB Scanner does. Well I told them absolutely not. The irony is the Manager said yesterday they hate charging people so much at Christmas, like he was gonna go gentle. Nope he was just being friendly as he bent me over. Do your research. Don't get robbed blind. One trip alone was half of my disability check. I fault myself in the end for not doing do diligence and researching and getting quotes. Shame on me.

As someone who doesn’t use shops. I usually repair my own stuff but since my back injury I am limited to what I can and can not do. A friend recommended chucks to me so I gave them a shot. Work was completed in a timely manner communication was on point. I would recommend this place to whomever needs work done.

I had my brakes and headlights done at this shop for the first time, and I am so glad I chose them. The price was absolutely outstanding—literally half of what another shop had quoted me! Their customer service was spot-on from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, honest, and made me feel completely taken care of. I also loved that I was able to wait there comfortably. The waiting area is beautifully decorated for the holidays and feels more like a cozy living room than an auto shop. It made the whole experience surprisingly enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. Finding a shop that is fair, trustworthy, and welcoming is rare—and this place checks every box! Highly recommend.

They were able to get me in and complete the wheel alignment the same morning that I called, not that the place wasn't busy! Very friendly and knowledgeable, test drove my truck before and after. Got a very detailed invoice stating what was found and the end result, which I appreciate. Very reasonable price for the work, and they didn't try to upsale the work. Definitely recommend.
