I'm impressed with the communication and quality of service. I had my doubts swapping out fairly new sparkplugs. I'm happy with the results. New sparkplugs, wires and IAC got my truck 1991 f 250 back in action. They gave me the heads up on some services to do soon. That also explains my uneven tire wear. Money was well spent. Thank you!

I had taken my Wrangler over to Chucks for a second opinion for a reoccurring, sporadic misfire the last mechanic had told me he thought it was my camshaft in my 1,3,5 bank. Chucks was able to find my actual problem (pin backing out of connector on cylinder 3) saving me a ton of unnecessary spent money. I would recommend giving Chucks a call if you're looking for a reliable and honest mechanic in Southwest Washington.

My son found these guys the hard way and very grateful for them. He had bad experience with North West Power Stroke and after 9 days of NO help from them he found The Good Guys!!!!⭐️⭐️ They save my son!!! Fixed his truck in one day!! Super professional and on it. My son was from out of town and usually can fix his own truck, he had to have emergency collarbone surgery and was not able to work on his truck and had to make it back to see the surgeon for follow up and was able to make it on time thanks to the Good Guys. This is an EXTREMELY professional shop with HIGH moral character!!! Context: I am from Colorado and I was injured in Idaho while traveling for work and had to have surgery. The day after surgery I was brought back to Woodland so I could get my personal truck (1997 7.3 powerstroke) and drive back home to Colorado to recover. When I got in my truck I discovered that the power steering pump was failing. I scheduled an appointment at a DIFFERENT shop originally, (NW Powerstroke...BEWARE), where my truck sat for over a week without anyone ever even looking at it. On the morning of Monday the 2nd I called Chuck Jones Automotive and explained to them that I desperately needed to get back on the road, because I had a follow-up appointment with the doctors in Idaho 9hrs away on Wednesday the 4th and needed to leave Tuesday morning. They told me to bring my truck to them as soon as possible and that they would help me out. That SAME afternoon on Monday they called me back and told me that my truck was ready to make the drive!!! (They also had lots of other customers that day). I am extremely appreciative of the people at Chuck Jones Automotive. They are respectable people, have very good communication, and have some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving!

They help me with my rear brakes and have a longer warranty than Les Schwab and match the price which was amazing. Also got me in within 24 to 48 hours to get things fixed.

Trustworthy mechanics seem rare. This is an honest business which treated me very well. Definitely recommended.
