TLDR: Best shop! Honest, timely, and excellent communicators. The only place we will continue to take all of our vehicles! I got new tires at Les Schwab and the next day my car was shaking anytime I used my brakes. I took it back a couple weeks after and they said nothing was wrong, they couldn't feel what I did, quoted me to repair a warped rotor. Hint: it wasn't warped before I got the new tires. Took my car to Chuck's instead, and they could feel the shaking immediately. Replaced my back brakes and rotors at a lower price than Schwab's quote! I could still feel the shaking after. Took it back to Chuck's and found it was the front as well. They took care of me, and there is finally no more shaking at all.

The boys at Chuck Jones did a stellar job when i was in a tight situation after a road trip down from B.C . I cant say enough good things about the quick , honest service in a timely fashion !!

I brought my car in for the transmission, brakes/rotors, oil change and alignment. My car drives like new again! And the price wasn’t horrible!

My car was overheating and it was 4:45 pm just before closing. I was welcomed into the business, diagnosed and it was finished by 10:00 AM the next morning. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. My husband said the price was fair and they even took me home . Thank u again Orvilla Plank

I'm impressed with the communication and quality of service. I had my doubts swapping out fairly new sparkplugs. I'm happy with the results. New sparkplugs, wires and IAC got my truck 1991 f 250 back in action. They gave me the heads up on some services to do soon. That also explains my uneven tire wear. Money was well spent. Thank you!

I had taken my Wrangler over to Chucks for a second opinion for a reoccurring, sporadic misfire the last mechanic had told me he thought it was my camshaft in my 1,3,5 bank. Chucks was able to find my actual problem (pin backing out of connector on cylinder 3) saving me a ton of unnecessary spent money. I would recommend giving Chucks a call if you're looking for a reliable and honest mechanic in Southwest Washington.
