They were very apologetic and took care of things but those things could of went a lot smoother. I would not take a hybrid vehicle to them for repair.

The only place I'll take my car. They have always been honest with about needed services. I feel very comfortable whenever I need my car worked on.

Touring from Virginia our car suffered a compressor failue. AAA referred us to Chuck Jones. Conscious of our timetable, the firm gave priority to our case and completed the repair in a prompt and efficient manner. Megan, the office manager took us to and from our hotel and went out of her way to be of assistance. I have no hesstiation in recomneding Chuck Jones Automotive for anyone seeking service.

Thank you Kenneth it was our pleasure. Safe travels!

Very grateful to Carl and the team at Chuck Jones Automotive. I was driving though the area on I5 and my engine splash guard lost some bolts and started to drag. I had already had it short-term repaired before I could take it to the dealership for the proper bolts and long-term fix but it wasn’t holding. Carl was kind enough to fit me right in, take the guard off, load it into my trunk and had me back on the road inside of 20 minutes. I wish I lived nearby - I’d have a brand new automotive shop! Thank you, Carl and team! ❤️

DISHONEST AND WAY OVERPRICED: I asked them for a quote on my Volkswagen Passat for changing the Mass Air Flow sensor and the Spark plugs. They quoted me $720/- plus taxes. On further questioning they said that they would need an hour for the Mass Air Flow sensor (@$160/-) and another hour for spark plugs (@$160)/- And $400 for the Mass Air flow sensor and the Spark plugs. I already knew that the OEM price for the Mass Air Flow sensor (From Bosch) is $170/- and the spark plugs go for like $12/- a piece (OEM).In other words, they wanted $400/- for the parts which costs only $220.Furthermore, any decent mechanic can easily change the Spark plugs and the Mass Air sensor in approx. 30 mins for which they wanted 2 hours of labor. I do understand that running costs are going upwards, but this is no way of trying to gouge a potential customer. I would urge other potential customers to take this review seriously and go to auto shops who will give you a fair price on labor and parts
