We were very impressed with the services we recently received on our Toyota 4 Runner. John provided great customer service - was friendly and thoroughly explained what was done and why. The technicians did a good job on the work that was done. There was no waiting at the counter - we were in and out quickly when picking up our car. We've brought other vehicles in for service over the last few years and have been very satisfied each time. We will definitely be back when other work is needed on our vehicles!

Wonderful service

I have been using Chuck Jones Automotive for about five years. I have done major maintenance, part replacement, oil changes, and tires. They work fast, have reasonable prices, and I trust them with our vehicals. Supporting local businesses is important to me, and I feel better about my money going to local families.

These guys are awesome! It's getting hard to find a good, affordable, reliable mechanic these days. But you can really count on these guys. Not only do they do quality work, but they back it up. I've been taking my vehicles to them for 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. Not only do they do it right but they really do go the extra mile. I've had to rely on them many times and they've always been there for me. As a one person household with no second income (or backup driver) they went the extra mile to accommodate my transportation needs and have even rescued me on road which isn't their norm. They're patient and really do understand the hardships we're all facing these days. So, I can personally tell you these guys will go the extra mile to help you get back on the road. They're also conveniently located right off Interstate 5. They're the best in town by far! Don't waste your time with anyone else.

I had four tires I needed replaced.with new tires. I called and got a quote and it was one third cheaper than I thought it would be. No flim flame, just a good price for a good service.
