Chuck Jones is my go-to mechanic. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from any other mechanic. They’re honest and trustworthy, have reasonable prices, complete their high quality work quickly.

Thank God for Chuck Jones Automotive. The alternator went out on our work truck on the way to our huge trade show. We luckily got off the freeway and randomly pulled into a parking lot. As luck would have it we pulled right in front of their shop. The problem also included an isolator so it took an extra day but they got us back on the road and saved our trip. They are so nice and honest. Even picked us up from our hotel (in 95 degree weather).

I have had a lot of work done by Chuck Jones over the years, and have never been disappointed in the work. I recently had the engine and turbos replaced on my F350. The work was done quickly and professionally. Their communication was great. I was kept informed on the progress while it was being worked on. They gave me a three year, unlimited mileage, transferable warranty on the new engine. I will continue taking my vehicles to Chuck Jones and recommend them to anyone looking for great quality service.

Honest. Gave us what we needed and asked for. Did an extra check and told us additional things we need to do eventually without pressure to fix it now. Just extra knowledge. Really apprdciate them

A+MAZING. THE Best customer service PERIOD. They were so incredibly nice and were able to squeeze me in last minute. Techs are knowledgeable and very respectful. Don’t waste your time at other places in the city, make the trip here. You won’t regret it!

i had a great experience here getting the air conditioning working again in one of my vehicles. the previous summer the A/C was working, but over the winter it leaked out, indicating a leak that i would not have the means to find easily, so i took it to Chuck Jones for help. they scheduled me in that week and had it fixed the same day my wife dropped it off; they also gave her a ride to work that morning when she dropped off the car which was very convenient. i had a leaking Schrader valve and a bad A/C relay. Carl was prompt to inform me every step of the way and let me know what it would cost. i gave him the green light over the phone and he had it ready for pickup within the hour. after my wife picked it up and started driving home, it unfortunately began blowing warm again 10 minutes down the road. it was a Friday and they had closed just after we picked it up, so i left a voicemail got ahold of them the following week and they got us into the shop right away to figure it out. the relay had gone bad once more but they replaced it free of charge and sent us on our way. the car has been blowing cold ever since and it’s made all the difference in the summer heat. it was an overall very pleasant experience and i look forward to returning for any future needs.

Very quick and thorough. My stepson, Chas, used to work there so that's why I went there.
