I have so much confidence and trust at Chuck Jones Automotive for accuracy in the diagnostic and repair of my 2 cars and one pickup. I am a regular customer for more than 8 years. The honest work and dedication to the customers is a huge reason why I have been consistently coming back for any car repair no matter how the issue is easily fixed or complicated. I chose to drive 25 miles away from my home because of my trust in Chuck Jones experience and dedication of the mechanics and the care for their customers cars.

I brought my Infiniti in for a valve cover and gasket replacement. Chucks went above and beyond with the repair itself, but not only that. The initial valve cover gaskets used had bad seals and leaked, so chucks got new ones, replaced them, and even dropped my vehicle off up the road for me at my work since I had to work a 12 when it was done. Truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Chucks, and will gladly use them again. Well done.

Karl was so helpful and communicated so well to me about the things that my car needed! Overall it was such an easy process to go here and very stress free. I would recommend them to anybody in the area with their car needs!

Chuck Jones is my go-to mechanic. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service from any other mechanic. They’re honest and trustworthy, have reasonable prices, complete their high quality work quickly.

Thank God for Chuck Jones Automotive. The alternator went out on our work truck on the way to our huge trade show. We luckily got off the freeway and randomly pulled into a parking lot. As luck would have it we pulled right in front of their shop. The problem also included an isolator so it took an extra day but they got us back on the road and saved our trip. They are so nice and honest. Even picked us up from our hotel (in 95 degree weather).

The work was done quickly and professionally. Their communication was great. I was kept informed on the progress while it was being worked on. They gave me a three year, unlimited mileage, transferable warranty on the new engine. I will continue taking my vehicles to Chuck Jones and recommend them to anyone looking for great quality service.
