I don't think a machine guy here honest diagnosis I pay for $89 and some . All he say : my car need replace alternator total cost Labor & parts it $900 . What ? Of course I'm not agree his diagnosis . The reason I came his shop is : I drove from Tacoma to Steavenson on I-5 S . On high speed 75 -80 mph I heard squeeking noise very loud caught my attention I pull over exit 21 it's Wood Land city & stay there wait tomorrow check it out what's wrong ...?

I had the best experience at Chucks with the help of Carl. He answered all my questions and was very patient. He is willing to teach those about cars and share his knowledge on. I have a lot of experiences at auto shops where they make me feel dumb because I’m a younger woman. Carl was excellent, he helped me from the beginning to the end of my transaction and I’ve never left an auto shop so happy even after spending a good amount on my car. Overall I recommend this place and every shop needs a Carl.

Service was great! They called to let me know my car would be a little longer than expected which is perfectly fine but I was surprised when they offered me car to make sure I wasn’t without one over the weekend. I have a second vehicle so it was no biggie to me but that was A+ service in my book! I’ll definitely go back to them.
